Victoria Gardens is on Smee Lane at Great Plumstead, to the east of the city. It is 272 homes for Orbit Homes, and half of them are social housing. Dovecote Gardens is at Spixworth, to the north, and has 225 homes. We have been on Dovecote Gardens since April 2022, with the work due to finish in October 2026.
At Victoria Gardens we carry out dry lining, insulation, tape and jointing, floor screed and through coloured render. At Dovecote Gardens it is dry lining, plastering and external render.

Avalon Place at Easton, to the west of Norwich, is 72 homes for Orbit Homes, all of them affordable. 47 are for affordable rent and 25 for shared ownership. We worked there from September 2023 to April 2025, on dry lining, plastering and floor screed.
We have also worked on Trinity Meadow at Rackheath for Lovell Homes, Furlong Heath at Sprowston for Tilia Homes and The Oaks in Norwich for Allison Homes.

With Victoria Gardens and Dovecote Gardens running side by side, we have a contracts manager on each and both are inside our three hour working area from Tiptree. Norwich is one of the four towns, with Chelmsford, Colchester and Ipswich, where we expect the most work ahead.
