What we build and where
We work on new-build housing and take complete builds only, though every enquiry is considered on its merits. Our area is Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and East London. Every site we take is within three hours of the office in Tiptree.
By our own estimate, we have completed more than 30,000 homes since 1998.

Who we work for
JMC Drywall works for national housebuilders, main contractors and smaller developers. Clients include Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Vistry, Countryside Partnerships, Lovell Homes, Allison Homes, Crest, Dandara, Abode Construction, Strand Developments and Orbit Homes.
Orbit Homes is the only housing association we work for directly. Six of the schemes we name are for Orbit Homes, with 842 homes between them.
The schemes we name come to £13.16m of work. Each one is listed with its client, its place, its number of homes and its value.
How a job is run from tender to handover
We return a price by the deadline your tender sets. To price a scheme we need the drawings, specification, inclusions list, scope and programme. Our quote is our quote.
On site, a named contracts manager runs the job and visits it often. Before a plot is offered for handover, the work is photographed on a cloud-based quality system, signed off by the contracts manager and reviewed by our construction administrator.
Photo records sit in Site Audit Pro and are shared with you on request. After handover, a customer care administrator answers requests within 24 hours and deals with defects inside your customer care charter timelines.
